Elegant blouse dress made from a silky viscose-rayon blend with a graphic print in shades of blue an dgreen.
The dress has a small round neckline and a full-length button placket. The deep waist seam with attached wide skirt creates a feminine silhouette. The tie belt in a coordinating print design also allows the dress to be tailored as desired.
